How do I start a new test?
- Make sure you have selected a patient (if not, go to the Patient Database and select a patient).
- Click the button "Start test".
- If you want to conduct an automatic test, click the button "Auto test".

How can I change the language in AudioConsole?
- Go to the Settings window.
- Click and select a language from the drop-down list.
- Click OK.

How can I disable frequencies that is not used?
- When AudioConsole is open click the "Audio Setup" button.
- Click the checkboxes to enable/disable frequencies as depicted below.
- Click OK.
NOTE: This feature is NOT available in the Oscilla USB-100 audiometer.

How do I enable the comport?
- Go to the Settings window.
- On the General tab page, click the checkbox to enable COM port A and/or B.
- Click OK.

How do I enter a license key in AudioConsole?
- Go to the Settings window.
- On the General tab page enter the license as depicted below.
- Click Activate.

How do I use an Oscilla® SM audiometer or TSM tympanometer with AudioConsole?
- Make sure you have a COM port in the computer.
- Enable COM port: Follow the How do I enable the comport? question.
- Enter license key: Follow the How do I enter a license key in AudioConsole? question.
- Turn on the audiometer/tympanometer.

How do we share the AudioConsole database in a multi-user environment?
If you want to share a single AudioConsole database across multiple installations, the database must reside on a network drive.
- Put the database on a network drive.
- From each AudioConsole installation, go to the Settings window.
- Change the database location to point to the database on the network drive.
- Click OK.
